Job Description
Become a Key Player as a Cycle Counter You will help maintain inventory accuracy across a high-volume facility by executing cycle counts and resolving variances. You will work onsite on a scheduled shift (1st shift: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM-3:00 PM; 2nd shift: Monday-Friday, 3:30 PM-12:00 AM with a $0.50/hr shift differential) and may support occasional overtime or Saturday coverage during peak volume. Your work directly supports inventory control, audits, and customer quality investigations. Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team Execute scheduled and ad-hoc cycle counts across the facility Research and resolve count variances and document root causes Update and maintain inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS) Support inventory control audits and customer quality investigations Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role Prior cycle counting or inventory control experience Solid math skills and proficiency with WMS/scanner devices Strong attention to detail and consistent attendance Reliable transportation to the facility Compliance with site requirements: orange reflective safety vest, enclosed-toe shoes, and badge/key fob access at all times Pay Range $20.00 - $20.50/hour Ready to Make Your Mark?
