Our Costa Mesa team is focused on building and supporting high-quality legacy vehicles while maintaining organized, accurate, and efficient operations. Job Summary Meyers Manx is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Temporary Inventory/Data Entry Assistant to support our operations team in Costa Mesa, California. This temporary role will focus on accurate data entry in Syspro, parts bin labeling, and organization of inventory areas to help improve workflow, visibility, and parts accuracy. Duties
- Enter and update inventory, parts, and related information accurately in Syspro.
- Create, print, and apply clear labels for parts bins, shelves, and storage locations.
- Organize parts bins and inventory areas to support efficient material handling and lookup.
- Verify part numbers, descriptions, quantities, and locations for accuracy.
- Bill out parts on work orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist with inventory cleanup, re-labeling, and basic cycle-count support as needed.
- Follow established company procedures for data accuracy, organization, and workplace safety.
- Communicate discrepancies, missing information, or inventory issues to the appropriate team member. Qualifications
- Experience working in a Auto Parts Department, a plus. Strong attention to detail and accuracy when entering data and labeling inventory.
- Basic computer skills, including the ability to learn or use ERP/inventory systems; Syspro experience is a plus.
- Ability to read part numbers, follow instructions, and maintain organized work areas.
- Comfortable working in a parts, warehouse, production, or manufacturing environment.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to complete repetitive tasks with consistency.
- Ability to lift, move, or handle parts and bins as required for the role.
