$16.90 - Hourly, plus bonus opportunities, with potential total monthly earnings of $5,000 - $7,000 based on performance.

What You'll Do Make outbound and inbound calls to potential vehicle sellers from multiple lead sources Build relationship and create interest in selling vehicles to Elk Grove Ford Set appointments for customers to come into the dealership Work with the appraisal team Keep customers engaged and informed throughout the appointment process What You'll Bring Represent the dealership positively in every customer interaction Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and engaging with a variety of customers Complete training and apply new processes to daily responsibilities Take ownership of daily tasks without needing constant guidance Set personal goals and reach performance expectations Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence. Total Rewards The Hourly Pay for this position is $16.90. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
