Our Cycle Counter is responsible for conducting thorough and accurate cycle counts of the inventory. They analyze the data and resolve any discrepancies in the counts. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Analyzes and resolves inventory issues, utilizing both WMS and physical counts. Research daily inventory discrepancies for root cause and recommend adjustments to process and procedures. Review inventory adjustments and transactions on a continuous basis to reconcile discrepancies and keep inventory accurate. Maintain cycle counting requirements. Continuously improve productivity and efficiency of processes throughout the operational organization. Counts and reconciles randomly chosen or chosen product/locations on a daily basis. Assists in developing solutions to shortages, overages, and inventory discrepancies. Ensures compliance to inventory processes and procedures. Performs other duties, as assigned. Demonstrates high level of quality work, attendance, appearance and high degree of professionalism in communication and attitude with customers, teammates, corporate partners and vendors. Adhere to all local, federal, and state laws in addition to Company policies, procedures, and practices. These may include but are not limited to complying with the Company's Time & Attendance policy and procedures and partnering with management to sustain workplace health and safety requirements according to OSHA regulations and the Company safety guidelines. Performs any other duties that may be assigned by management.

Requirements:

Qualifications Minimum of 1-2 years working in a DC environment. Minimum of 1-2 years' experience working with a forklift or cherry picker, valid forklift certification preferred. Knowledge of UPS World Ship a plus, general DC procedures, working with POS system

• Aptos a plus. Able to operate all DC equipment, forklift, cherry picker, pallet jack, etc. Ability to work flexible hours. Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Self-motivated and detail oriented with the ability to work with minimum supervision. Competencies Ensure Effective Communication
