1 Fontana, CA Job Details $20 an hour 13 hours ago Qualifications Computer literacy Full Job Description We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory / Data Entry Clerk to join our team at a utility truck fabrication company in Fontana, CA. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, entering data into the companys inventory system, and assisting with the organization and movement of materials used in the fabrication process. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse/manufacturing environment. 1st shift
  • 5am•1:30pm Monday•Friday Essential Duties Responsibilities Enter inventory transactions accurately into the companys inventory management system.
Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials. Verify shipments by checking quantities and inspecting materials received. Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and physical inventories. Label, organize, and stock materials in designated warehouse locations. Prepare inventory reports and maintain documentation. Coordinate with production and purchasing departments regarding inventory needs. Identify and report inventory discrepancies. Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe. Assist with other warehouse and administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous inventory control, warehouse, or data entry experience preferred. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and data entry. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly. Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the shift. Ability to work in a warehouse/manufacturing environment. Must be able to perform repetitive tasks and use standard office and warehouse equipment.
