Responsibilities:
Manage storeroom inventory, including receiving, storing, issuing, and controlling maintenance materials and supplies. Maintain accurate inventory records and update the Maximo inventory database to ensure material availability and inventory accuracy. Coordinate with maintenance, purchasing, and accounting teams to establish and maintain appropriate inventory levels and min/max quantities. Support plant operations by preparing materials for work orders, maintaining tool control systems, and ensuring storerooms and warehouses remain safe, organized, and compliant.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent and 1-3 years of experience in an industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, or maintenance environment . Experience with inventory control, material handling, receiving, storeroom operations, or warehouse management systems . Working knowledge of computer systems and inventory software; Maximo experience is a plus . Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to read blueprints, schematics, and use basic hand and precision measurement tools.
