Overview Our client manufactures precision quartz components for semiconductor and industrial customers. The Inventory Clerk supports the Inventory/Stockroom department by managing job entries in our Epicor ERP system, tracking parts across departments, creating labels for cleanroom use, and maintaining inventory accuracy. This role sits at the intersection of our stockroom and production floor — the associate communicates regularly with multiple departments via email to track part status and resolve discrepancies, and works directly alongside the Inventory Supervisor day to day. Attention to detail and strong computer skills are essential. Some prior inventory, data entry, or office experience is preferred An organized, computer-confident associate who can manage multiple tasks at once without losing track of details, and who is comfortable splitting time between data entry and hands-on stockroom work. The associate will be entering jobs into Epicor, responding to internal emails from various departments, generating part labels, keeping inventory records current, and directly assisting the Inventory Supervisor with day-to-day tasks. Full English proficiency is required — this role communicates in writing with people across the company. Vietnamese language skills are a significant plus given our team composition; bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged.
Duties:
Input new jobs into Epicor — enter job numbers, part numbers, quantities, and relevant details accurately as work orders are received. Monitor and respond to department emails for part tracking — when production, QC, or shipping needs to know where a part is or what its status is, this role tracks it down and responds. Create and print labels for cleanroom parts using our label creation system — labels must be accurate and match the part and lot number on the work order. Maintain and update inventory records — track what is in stock, what has been issued, and what needs to be replenished. Assist the Inventory Supervisor directly with day-to-day stockroom tasks, part handling, and other duties as assigned. Communicate clearly with supervisors and other departments when there are discrepancies, missing parts, or urgent requests.
SKills Required:

Computer skills — comfortable with Windows, data entry, and navigating office software without assistance. Microsoft Excel — tracking and organizing data in spreadsheets is part of the daily routine.
