Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing inventory levels, ensuring accurate data collection, and supporting order fulfillment processes. This position requires strong analytical skills and a background in retail management or related fields. The Inventory Associate will utilize various tools, including Tableau, to analyze inventory data and contribute to financial modeling efforts. Responsibilities Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to meet business needs. Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies. Analyze inventory data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making. Support order fulfillment processes by ensuring timely availability of products. Communicate with team members to maintain a clean and organized warehouse Implement root cause analysis for inventory-related issues to enhance efficiency. Skills Experienced communication with supply chain team in Asia. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Familiarity with MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems. Knowledge of order fulfillment processes and best practices.
