  • 26 per hour, depending on experience | In person Job Overview Nassiripour Law Firm, exclusively practicing immigration law, is seeking a reliable and organized Mandarin/English Legal Assistant.
This position involves communicating with clients, answering phones, assisting with basic translations, and supporting our attorneys and office staff. Part-time to start. Responsibilities Answer and return calls in Mandarin and English. Schedule appointments and follow up with clients for documents and information. Assist with basic written translations and interpretation during client meetings. Organize client documents, maintain files, and enter case information accurately. Assist with correspondence and immigration paperwork under attorney supervision. Protect client confidentiality and keep accurate notes of communications. Qualifications Fluent spoken Mandarin and English, with the ability to read and write Chinese and English. Professional phone manner and strong customer service skills. Organized, dependable, and attentive to detail. Comfortable using email, Microsoft Word, and basic office software. Legal or immigration office experience preferred, but not required.
