Responsibilities:

• Investigate and resolve OS&D (Over, Short, and Damaged) cases in a timely and efficient manner.
• Coordinate with various departments to identify the root cause of discrepancies and implement corrective measures.
• Accurately record and document all OS&D cases with detailed information.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure proper handling and storage of goods.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory adjustments and losses.
• Communicate with customers and vendors to address any OS&D related issues.
• Regularly monitor inventory levels and conduct audits for accuracy.
• AS 400 Experience
• Forklift driver a must
