Description We are looking for a dependable Inventory Clerk to join our onsite team in Los Angeles, California. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy warehouse setting and takes pride in keeping inventory and order workflows accurate, organized, and on schedule. The person in this role will support daily shipping, receiving, and stock-handling activities while helping maintain a smooth fulfillment operation. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, steady communication, and a hands-on approach to physical warehouse work.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and complete outgoing orders by selecting items, packaging them securely, and readying shipments for e-commerce and partner channels.
• Check order contents carefully before dispatch to reduce errors and maintain a high standard of accuracy.
• Receive incoming deliveries, unload merchandise, and place products in designated storage locations in an orderly manner.
• Monitor stock levels and help keep shelves, bins, and inventory areas properly arranged for efficient access.
• Support cycle counts and physical inventory checks to improve inventory accuracy and assist with replenishment needs.
• Maintain packaging supplies and other materials so daily fulfillment tasks can continue without interruption.
• Keep warehouse and work areas clean, safe, and organized in accordance with operational expectations.
• Work closely with team members to manage shifting priorities and keep daily warehouse activities moving efficiently. Requirements
• At least 2 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, shipping, or fulfillment operations.
• Demonstrated ability to track stock accurately and stay organized in a fast-moving environment.
• Comfortable lifting, moving, and handling items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Able to work onsite in a warehouse and office-based setting in Los Angeles, California.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across the team.
• Dependable work habits with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines throughout the day.
• Experience supporting inventory counts, stock control, or related inventory-tracking activities.
• Customer service awareness and a proactive mindset when handling order-related tasks.
