No prior experience is needed. Mentorship and training will be provided. Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Inventory/Fulfillment Associate to join our small family business. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient order processing and inventory management within our distribution center. This position requires a strong understanding of managing inventory and keeping it up to date as well as proficiency in e-commerce platforms (Shopify) and inventory systems. Duties Manage the order fulfillment process from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products on a daily basis Efficiently & effectively track stock levels and manage orders Assist in maintaining the organization of the distribution center, ensuring all products are stored correctly and safely. Ability to pro-actively resolve any issues related to order fulfillment / inventory management Requirements Must be able to commute to/from Orinda, CA on a daily basis Proven experience in supply chain management or logistics is preferred. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and order fulfillment processes. Strong knowledge of inventory management practices. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
