Pico Rivera, Ca Schedule :
Monday to Friday Mid shift : 12:00pm - 8:30pm Pay rate : $19.00
Inventory Tracking:
Record and monitor inventory movements, including receipts, transfers, and adjustments. Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records in the inventory management system. Assist in the reconciliation of inventory discrepancies and report findings to the Inventory Control Lead.
Stock Audits and Counts:
Conduct regular physical inventory counts and cycle counts to verify stock levels. Compare physical counts with inventory records and investigate discrepancies. Report inventory count results and discrepancies to the Inventory Control Lead.
Data Entry and Reporting:
Enter inventory data accurately and promptly into the inventory management system. Generate and distribute inventory reports as required. Assist in the preparation of inventory-related documents, such as purchase orders and stock transfer forms. Coordination with
Departments:
Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate inventory transactions. Assist in coordinating the receiving and storage of incoming inventory. Support the fulfillment of customer orders by ensuring accurate picking and packing of items.
Compliance and Safety:
Adhere to company policies and procedures related to inventory management. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Customer Service:
Assist with inventory-related customer inquiries and issues. Provide support to the customer service team in resolving inventory discrepancies
Requirements:
Education and experience: High school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional coursework in inventory management or related fields is a plus. Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a related role is preferred. Experience with inventory management software or ERP systems is beneficial.
