About ASHE Society - Pomona ASHE Society's Pomona location plays a key role in delivering an organized, compliant, and efficient retail experience. The Inventory Associate supports daily operations by ensuring all cannabis products are properly received, tracked, stored, labeled, and replenished in full compliance with California state regulations and ASHE Society policies. This position requires accuracy, accountability, and consistency in a fast-paced retail environment. Position Summary The Inventory Associate is responsible for receiving product deliveries, entering inventory into internal systems, tracking stock movement, conducting physical counts, and supporting both back-of-house and sales floor productivity. This role works closely with the Inventory Lead and Store Management team to maintain compliance, operational flow, and menu accuracy. Roles & Responsibilities Receive, unpack, and verify all incoming product deliveries. Accurately enter inventory into METRC and internal reporting systems. Ensure all product movement — including intake, backstocking, transfers, recalls, waste, and destruction — follows California state regulations and ASHE Society procedures. Track and report inventory discrepancies, recalls, and data issues to management. Perform quality control checks on stored products and remove any items that do not meet company standards. Record and report all facility waste in accordance with DCC regulations and company policy. Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile METRC, e-commerce platform, and in-house reporting. Accurately label products, update pricing, and upload product photos/descriptions for online menu listings. Restock the sales floor daily to maintain product availability. Maintain compliant storage practices, including proper rotation, labeling, and secured storage. Keep all inventory and storage areas clean, organized, and audit-ready. Communicate effectively with the Pomona Inventory Lead, Store Manager, and Sales Floor team. Support sales staff with basic product information when necessary. Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older. Valid authorization to work in the United States. Minimum of 1 year of cannabis industry experience in inventory, retail, or dispensary operations. Experience with inventory systems and desktop tools (METRC experience preferred). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Reliable transportation to the Pomona location. Knowledge of cannabis products and compliance regulations is a plus.
