Inventory Clerk

Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to join our dynamic supply chain team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, managing stock levels, and ensuring seamless warehouse operations. Your expertise in warehouse management systems, data analysis, and procurement processes will help optimize inventory control and support efficient order fulfillment. Duties Monitor and update inventory levels using warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or AS400. Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and audits to verify inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies. Collaborate with procurement teams to manage sourcing, purchasing, and supplier relationships for materials and products. Analyze data from various sources including Nielsen, Tableau, Power BI, and SQL to identify trends, forecast demand, and support demand planning initiatives. Coordinate shipping & receiving activities, including order fulfillment, materials handling, and logistics management with 3PL providers. Implement process improvements related to inventory control, stocking procedures, and warehouse operations to enhance efficiency. Utilize root cause analysis techniques to resolve inventory issues and develop strategies for continuous supply chain optimization. Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse distribution, inventory management, or supply chain analytics. Knowledge of warehouse management systems METRC and Distru. Familiarity with procurement processes, sourcing strategies, and contract management within a retail or e-commerce environment. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis and implement process improvements effectively. Ability to lift heavy materials safely and operate warehouse equipment as required. Strong communication skills for supplier management and cross-departmental collaboration. $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
