Note Must have 3+ years of legal services experience, ideally with exposure to administrative law, professional license defense, healthcare practitioner defense, regulatory matters, or litigation. Job Description Support attorneys in professional license defense, administrative law, regulatory, and healthcare-related legal matters. Manage and organize case files, legal documents, deadlines, calendars, and client communications. Draft, proofread, and prepare legal correspondence, pleadings, filings, exhibits, and hearing materials for attorney review. Assist with matters involving healthcare practitioners, licensing boards, administrative agencies, and regulatory proceedings. Coordinate hearings, deadlines, agency communications, document collection, and matter updates. Communicate professionally with clients, agencies, opposing parties, experts, and internal team members. Help maintain smooth daily legal operations, including tracking deadlines, updating files, and supporting billing or administrative workflows. Take ownership of assigned tasks and help ensure matters move forward efficiently and accurately. Qualifications 3+ years of legal services experience as a Legal Assistant, Paralegal, Legal Administrative Assistant, or similar legal support role. Experience supporting litigation, administrative law, healthcare law, professional license defense, or regulatory matters preferred. Strong drafting, proofreading, document management, calendaring, and deadline tracking skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable under pressure. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable interacting with clients and handling sensitive professional matters with discretion. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, legal document systems, and general office technology. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment.
