The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory levels, tracking stock movements, providing administrative support and assisting with data management tasks. This role is essential in maintaining the efficiency of our supply chain operations and accurate record-keeping.
Tasks include:
Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability. Labeling the bin boxes /Putting parts in the cardboard bins / Organizing bin boxes Verifying part counts per bin Provide administrative support to the team Assist with data entry and management tasks, including inputting data into databases. Communicate effectively with team members/vendors Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability. Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies. Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate inventory needs. Maintain a clean and organized inventory storage area.
Requirements:
Strong organizational and time management skills. Strong computer skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must pass background Must have DL Must be Able to lift 40-50 lbs.
