We're currently looking for a Front Desk Inventory Clerk to join our Orange County location. If you're organized, detail-oriented, comfortable with data entry, and love the excitement of the powersports industry, we want to meet you! You are a great fit if you can: List and maintain all units online, including entering accurate inventory information, pricing, descriptions, and photos Enter and maintain inventory data in Lightspeed . Process store transfers and flooring bank transactions. Photograph units and upload product photos online. Ensure all units have accurate price and compliance tags. Prepare daily and weekly inventory reports and photo reports for management. Monitor inventory turns, price escalators, markdown schedules, and margins to ensure company standards are met. Provide front desk/reception coverage for approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour as needed. Greet customers with a friendly, professional attitude. Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system. Assist with various tasks that support the overall success of the dealership. Other requirements and
Skills:
Previous data entry experience required. Passion for powersports preferred
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent Prefer computer literacy (Microsoft Excel, Word, POS) Prefer interest or experience in sales and Powersports industry Comprehensive communication skills. This position reports directly to the General Sales Manager
