$30-$35 per hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday | Full-Time | Operations Support Keep Service Operations Flowing. Support the Team Behind the Field. We're looking for a Service Operations Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment and enjoys keeping processes organized, accurate, and on track. In this role, you'll help support service agreements, prepare quotes, track service opportunities, and ensure the information needed for scheduling, billing, and customer follow-up is complete. If you enjoy coordinating moving parts and helping teams stay organized and efficient, this is a role where your work will make a real impact. As a Service Operations Specialist , you'll support the daily administrative and operational activities of the Service Department. You'll help maintain service maintenance agreements, prepare service quotes, assist with technician reporting, and ensure accurate documentation flows between technicians, service coordinators, and customers. Your work will help keep the service workflow organized, efficient, and responsive. What You'll Do Support Service Maintenance Agreements (SMA Programs) Assist with the preparation and tracking of Service Maintenance Agreement (SMA) quotes for new and existing customers Maintain records of service agreements and monitor renewal timelines Coordinate with service staff to ensure SMA services are scheduled and completed according to agreement terms Prepare Service Quotes and RFQs Process SMA Requests for Quotes (RFQs) submitted by technicians and service staff Prepare quotes based on technician recommendations, service scope, and company pricing guidelines Ensure quotes include accurate labor, parts, and service scope before sending to customers Support Service Operations Assist with technician reporting and documentation Review field engineering reports to ensure information is complete Support billing documentation and service follow-up processes Perform additional administrative and operational tasks as assigned What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent required Associate degree or coursework in business administration or a related field preferred 2-3 years of experience in service coordination, operations support, quoting, or administrative roles Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and problem-solving skills What We Offer Competitive hourly pay: $30-$35 per hour (non-exempt) Comprehensive medical and dental benefits Paid time off and paid holidays 401(k) with profit-sharing plan Stable Monday-Friday work schedule Opportunity to grow with a collaborative and experienced team Work Environment This is an in-office role located in Santa Ana, California , working closely with the service team, technicians, and operations staff.
