Inventory Associate ASHE Society Santa Ana, CA Job Details Full-time From $23 an hour 6 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Employee discount Flexible schedule Qualifications Teamwork Moving Warehouse experience Waste management Productivity software Full Job Description The Inventory Associate plays a key role in supporting ASHE Society's Santa Ana store by accurately receiving, organizing, tracking, and replenishing product inventory. This role ensures all cannabis products remain compliant, well maintained, and readily available to support daily sales operations. Accuracy, consistency, and strong communication are essential for success in this position. Cannabis retail or METRC experience is strongly preferred. Roles & Responsibilities Receive and verify all incoming product deliveries for accuracy and compliance Ensure all product movement (intake, backstocking, transfers, recalls, waste, and destruction) follows California DCC regulations and ASHE Society SOPs Track and report inventory discrepancies, recalls, or product issues as directed by management Conduct routine product quality checks and remove or report items that do not meet ASHE Society standards Immediately report any signs of loss, diversion, or theft to management Record and track all facility waste in accordance with state regulations Perform regular physical inventory counts and assist with reconciliation Accurately label products, update pricing, and upload product images and descriptions for online menus Restock the sales floor daily to maintain product availability and organization Support sales floor organization to improve efficiency and product accessibility Maintain compliant storage practices including proper rotation, labeling, and secure product handling Keep all inventory areas clean, organized, and compliant at all times Provide basic cannabis product information when assisting team members or customers Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older Valid authorization to work in the United States 1-3 years of experience in a related field (inventory, warehouse, retail, cannabis, or similar environment) Comfortable using technology, inventory software, and Microsoft Office Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast paced environment Positive, team oriented attitude with a strong work ethic Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain consistent attendance Knowledge of and passion for the cannabis industry preferred METRC or cannabis inventory experience is a plus, but training can be provided Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly base pay Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits Paid Time Off (sick and vacation) Employee discounts Vendor products and staff specials Birthday day off Physical Demands & Work Environment Ability to work weekends, mornings, and peak business periods as needed Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs Frequent reaching, bending, lifting, and repetitive motions Ability to stand for extended periods Moderate to high noise levels typical of a busy retail environment Additional Information This job description outlines the essential duties of the role but is not an exhaustive list.
