Description Efficiently assemble kits by accurately picking required components by matching exact part numbers among varied and similar configurations. Handling and kitting numerous and small, delicate components and hardware with care while maintaining accurate counts. Responsible for segregating, organizing, and maintaining inventory per FIFO, lot numbers, and serial numbers. Ensure accurate selection of serial and lot numbers via both physical and digital methods while kitting. Assist with basic digital and physical parts organization via bin for both inventory and stockroom Assist with scanning in and saving proper documents for receiving Assist with receiving counts and receiving as necessary Assist with standard packing of products Assist with entering standard domestic and international shipments Responsible for quickly escalating any issues or discrepancies to ensure processes are followed. Assist with physical inventory count and maintenance per company procedures. Accurately record data and complete digital forms to maintain records of kitting activities, including completed kits, inventory adjustments, and any issues or incidents encountered during the process. Support inventory requests and delivery of parts on the floor via form. Responsible for following the company's safety and ESD regulations at all times. Ensure work areas are kept neat, clean, and organized per company guidelines. Performs other duties and/or specific projects as assigned. Requirements:
Requirements HS Diploma or equivalent. Experience work in kitting/shipping/receiving/stockroom environment preferred. Previous experience in manufacturing environment is preferred. Previous experience working under
ISO 9001/AS9100
quality systems is preferred. High accuracy with part number selection and physical kitting. High attention to detail to maintain inventory accuracy on a daily basis. Very comfortable using computers and working in an ERP system. Ability to read and interpret documents, prints, safety rules, and work instructions. Basic knowledge is required in both written and spoken English.
