We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a part-time Inventory Assistant and Sales Floor Associate for evening and weekend shifts. This role reports directly to the Inventory Director and Manager. Primary duties include completing daily inventory protocols, answering phones, assisting customers on the sales floor, and ensuring all received products are accepted and stored in compliance with state and local laws.

Key Departmental Responsibilities:

• Perform daily inventory counts, reconciliation, and discrepancy/loss reporting
• Follow Metrc protocols, monitor best-by dates, and stay updated on product recalls and storage requirements
• Receive new inventory into the POS system, update THC percentages, and convert back stock to floor inventory
• Meet with vendors/distributors to accept shipments and assist the Purchasing Manager with purchase orders
• Maintain sales floor stock levels, oversee product defect disposal, and complete the inventory cleaning sheet
