Position Overview:

In this role, you'll help keep our operation running smoothly by receiving and sorting inbound inventory, preparing items for shipment, and ensuring that our workspace stays clean and organized. We're looking for self-starters who are eager to learn and grow, and who value teamwork, independence, and critical thinking.

Primary Responsibilities:

Receive and process inbound inventory — accurately account for and organize Prepare inventory for shipping — cleaning, boxing, product photos, basic QC, folding/wrapping clothing, removing stickers, labeling, bagging Maintain a clean and organized workplace — sweep floors, remove debris, proper storage and labeling General administrative support — data entry and other tasks as assigned Help develop and implement new policies and procedures Participate in ongoing training and development

Qualities We Want:

High school diploma or GED required 1 year experience in retail, merchandising, stocking, or QC preferred Strong analytical skills to identify and troubleshoot problems Highly detail-oriented with ability to count accurately Reliable and punctual Excellent verbal communication Self-motivated, able to work independently Google Drive and Dropbox experience a plus Reliable transportation required Background check required

Physical Demands:

Stand/walk up to 8 hours daily Lift/move up to 50 lbs Bend, reach, balance
