Job Overview We are seeking a positive willing to learn inventory associate/ski tech. You will be responsible for entering inventory in our pos system as well as in our online shopify store. You will also be required to assist in adjusting skis and fitting boots for our customer's. Customer service is of utmost importance in this roll. You will also be helping keep a clean work environment and checking out customers. As well as inventory counts twice yearly. There will be slightly different responsibilities from a regular ski tech as you will assist with other inventory related stuff. organizing and maintaining the merchandise. Possibly assisting with social media. You will receive training on all this. Responsibilities Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels Conduct regular stock audits, keeping an eye on online store sales Making sure and assisting in packing online orders and sending out in a time manner Learning and assisting in excel worksheets when needed Helping with inventory counts Adjusting skis and fitting boots for customers when inventory is good lifting 10 pounds or more is required occasionally keeping an organized checked folder of packing slips answering phones organizing and maintaining the merchandise Skills good with technology great customer service skills ski knowledge preferred good attitude willing to learn and do assortment of tasks
