Job Description

Position Overview:
As a Warehouse Inventory Control Clerk you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of inventory within the warehouse. The role is crucial to maintaining inventory, integrity, reducing errors and enhancing overall warehouse performance.
Responsibilities:
Resolving inventory related issues using the Warehouse Management System Performing cycle counts Moving products according to the company needs and slotting requirements Completing slot moves of product on the computer Ensuring proper rotation of all perishable items Assisting other departments in resolving issues with misplaced products or other inventory related discrepancies Collaborating with relevant teams to address and rectify any discrepancies or quality issues Ensuring adherence to company policies, safety regulations and industry standards Maintaining detailed records of audit findings, discrepancies and corrective actions taken Communicating audit results to management in a clear and concise manner Assist in cleaning and maintaining a safe working environment in the warehouse Flexibility to work various or additional shifts, as needed including evenings, weekends, and holidays Perform other duties as assigned by leadership

AM Start-Completion Experience:
Preferred:
One (1) year distribution, warehouse or selection experience
Preferred:
MHE experience (Electric pallet jacks such as center riders or long forks; forklifts)
Preferred:
Proficiency in English (written and verbal) to effectively communicate with associates and leadership
Skills:
Safety Culture:
Maintain and drive safety policies to all associates; driving for accountability of safe practices throughout shift Physical abilities: May be required to lift up to 80-85lbs.; standing, bending, lifting and twisting for up to 90% of your shift; frequently lifting product from various heights including floor level to over your head; Ability to stand or walk at least 10 hours daily; working in various temperature
