The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gymnastics and related physical activities, with the ability to educate and inspire students of all ages. This role involves teaching gymnastics skills, promoting physical fitness, and ensuring a safe and engaging environment for all participants. Duties Instruct students in various gymnastics techniques, ensuring proper form and safety protocols are followed. Develop lesson plans that cater to different skill levels and age groups. Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills. Organize and lead warm-up exercises, drills, and cool-down activities. Collaborate with other instructors to create a cohesive program. Ensure the gymnasium is clean, organized, and safe for all participants. Attend staff meetings and participate in professional development opportunities. Qualifications Previous experience working with students in a gymnastics or physical education setting is preferred. Skills in additional sports or activities such as basketball, karate, judo, or swimming are a plus. Strong understanding of behavior management techniques to effectively engage students. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with students, parents, and staff members. A passion for teaching and promoting physical fitness among youth is essential.
