Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated Inventory Associate to join our dynamic retail team, with a special encouragement for women applicants to apply. In this role, you will be responsible for managing stock levels, organizing merchandise displays, and ensuring the accuracy of inventory records. Your efforts will directly contribute to an engaging shopping environment and efficient store operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to inventory control and merchandising.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels through regular stock checks and updates Organize merchandise displays using planograms and schematics to optimize visual appeal Assist in store remodeling and interior design projects to enhance customer experience Manage stock replenishment, stocking, and inventory control procedures Utilize POS systems for sales transactions, cash handling, and inventory tracking Support merchandising strategies by pricing products appropriately and ensuring branding consistency Conduct cleaning and store maintenance to uphold a professional environment Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries related to product availability and pricing Collaborate with store management on sales strategies, promotional setups, and visual design initiatives Assist in training new team members on inventory procedures, POS operation, and customer service standards
Skills:
Supervising experience in retail or related fields is highly desirable Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for visual design purposes Knowledge of marketing principles to support promotional activities Multilingual abilities to serve diverse customer bases effectively Familiarity with schematics, planograms, and interior design concepts Strong leadership skills with experience in store management and training & development Excellent communication skills for effective team collaboration and customer engagement Organizational skills essential for inventory management, merchandising, and time management Experience with retail math, pricing strategies, and sales techniques Administrative experience including cash handling, cashiering, and POS operations Ability to adapt quickly during remodeling or remodeling projects while maintaining high standards of cleanliness If you are passionate about retail operations, possess strong leadership qualities, and are eager to contribute to a vibrant shopping environment, we encourage you to apply.
