is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Assistant to join our growing operations team. This role is critical to maintaining inventory accuracy across our fulfillment, sales, and shipping departments. The ideal candidate is analytical, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where precision matters. You should be comfortable identifying inventory discrepancies, working with ERP systems, and collaborating across multiple departments to keep operations running smoothly. Schedule During training, this position will follow the schedule below: Monday

• Friday 10:00 AM
• 6:00 PM Upon successful completion of training, the schedule will transition to: 8:00 PM
• 2:00 AM Weekends are required Employees may choose any two weekdays off , based on business needs.

Responsibilities Maintain accurate inventory records and investigate inventory discrepancies. Identify and differentiate between similarly named sports card and Pokémon products with a high degree of accuracy. Coordinate inbound and outbound shipping and receiving operations. Assist with materials handling, inventory movement, and warehouse logistics. Generate inventory reports and analyze inventory data. Work closely with Administration, Fulfillment, Sales, and other departments to ensure inventory accuracy. Utilize ERP systems, including Odoo, to manage inventory transactions. Maintain organization and integrity of inventory throughout the facility. Follow company procedures to ensure inventory accountability and security. Qualifications Strong knowledge of sports cards and modern Pokémon trading card products is required. Ability to accurately identify, differentiate, and verify products, sets, parallels, and sealed products. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong inventory management and problem-solving abilities. Experience resolving inventory discrepancies. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments. Technical proficiency with ERP systems; Odoo experience preferred. Proficiency with Google Sheets preferred. Experience generating reports is preferred. Ability to lift and move 70+ pounds . Must be dependable, trustworthy, and capable of handling high-value inventory responsibly. Requirements Ability to work the required evening and weekend schedule after training. Ability to perform physical warehouse duties, including lifting, carrying, and moving inventory. Successfully pass a pre-employment background check .
