Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dependable, organized, and driven individual to join our team as an E-Commerce Operations Associate . This is a hands-on position that combines e-commerce, product management, inventory, order fulfillment, returns processing, and warehouse operations. This is not a desk-only position . The ideal candidate enjoys working with both computers and physical products and is comfortable switching between different tasks throughout the day. You will help manage products throughout their entire lifecycle — from receiving and evaluating inventory to creating online listings, organizing stock, fulfilling customer orders, and processing returned merchandise for resale. Responsibilities Create and manage online product listings for new, refurbished, open-box, and used merchandise Photograph products and prepare clear, accurate product images for online listings Research products, specifications, market pricing, and comparable listings Write accurate product titles, descriptions, and condition notes Inspect, test, clean, process, and refurbish customer returns for resale Identify product condition and determine whether merchandise can be resold, repaired, parted out, or otherwise processed Receive incoming inventory and verify products and quantities Label, barcode, organize, and store inventory Manage inventory using spreadsheets, software tools, and online marketplaces Perform inventory counts and help resolve inventory discrepancies Pick, pack, and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently Prepare products and shipments for Amazon, eBay, our websites, and other online marketplaces Assist with returns and reverse-logistics processing Help organize warehouse inventory and maintain clean, efficient work areas Move boxes, merchandise, and inventory as needed Assist with unloading deliveries and incoming shipments Maintain accurate records and documentation Identify opportunities to improve processes and make daily operations more efficient Assist with other e-commerce and operational projects as needed Qualifications Required Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly Comfortable working with email, spreadsheets, web-based software, and online tools Strong attention to detail Excellent organizational and time-management skills Reliable, punctual, and consistent Self-motivated and able to stay productive without constant supervision Ability to follow established processes while also using good judgment Comfortable handling and evaluating a wide variety of products Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities Ability to occasionally lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs Ability to work on-site in Coral Springs Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Preferred Previous experience with eBay, Amazon, Shopify, Walmart Marketplace, or other online marketplaces Experience creating product listings or managing online stores Experience with inventory management software Experience with shipping and order fulfillment Experience testing, troubleshooting, repairing, or refurbishing electronics or consumer products Previous e-commerce, retail, warehouse, fulfillment, or inventory experience Familiarity with product photography Knowledge of programming, 3D modeling, 3D printing, electronics, or other technical skills is a plus Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. Previous e-commerce experience is helpful, but we place greater importance on reliability, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a willingness to learn. Why Work With Us? Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
