JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Enter and manage purchase order data for vendors, maintenance, and production teams Track inventory levels through periodic physical counts; restock supplies upon delivery Record parts and supply receipts in the inventory system to maintain real-time accuracy Order materials and parts required for maintenance and production operations Generate and distribute preventive maintenance work orders Maintain system data in alignment with company policies and procedures Assist in creating and distributing reports that support maintenance and production planning Process internal billing for maintenance and production activities Prepare documentation for equipment shipping and receiving Uphold all safety standards and ensure compliance with company safety protocols
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED required; 2+ years of related experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level) Solid math skills: ability to perform basic calculations using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Primarily a seated role, but involves intermittent standing and walking Periodic lifting and handling of inventory items Frequent movement throughout the plant, including cool/damp areas Required use of safety footwear while in the cooler EOE Vet/Disability Borden Dairy is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
