This employee is expected to work safe, smart and be accurate in their recording of finished product. Duties and responsibilities Count finished production and enter into the production software. Pack out entered production quantities in the production software. Report shorts and schedule deviations to Supervisors and Schedulers. Label finish production cases correctly. Maintain a clean, well-organized work area. Adhere to the company's established procedures. Ensure Good Manufacturing Practices are adhered to at all times. Immediately report any observation of contamination to their supervisor. Follow all in house Standards Operating Procedures. Follow and comply with company's safety program at all times. Report any and all unsafe working conditions to the supervisor immediately. Never attempt to work on machinery that the employee has not been properly trained to use. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Qualifications include:
6 months to 1 year of manufacturing and food safety experience Experience in working in a food processing environment preferred On the job training is provided to allow for the proper fulfillment of duties. Working conditions Temperature remains between 34 and 38 degrees in all areas of processing. General shift lasts between 8 and 10 hours a day. Physical requirements Ability to lift up to 50lbs at times.
