Oncology Location:

Shift:
8hrs Days (7:30 AM to 4:00 PM)
M-F Duration:
13 Weeks Contract (Possible Extension)
Facility:
Northside Hospital Atlanta Pay Package for 40
Hrs/Week:
Weekly Gross:
$2,520/wk
Weekly Stipends:
$1,720/wk
Hourly Taxable:
$20/hr. on W2.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience within specialty. Current BLS and Chemo Certification. Active GA State RN License. Must be COVID Vaccinated. Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive nursing care to oncology patients, including administering medication and treatments in accordance with medical protocols. Monitor patient vital signs and observe for any adverse reactions or changes in condition, reporting findings promptly to the medical team. Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, medication management, and post-treatment care to promote understanding and compliance. Assist with procedures such as blood draws, IV insertions, and other clinical tasks as required. Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in compliance with healthcare regulations. Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans tailored to individual patient needs. Uphold infection control standards and ensure a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
