Inventory Control

Position Summary:

The Inventory Control Associate is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records through daily cycle counts and data tracking. This role involves scanning and verifying a high volume of inventory, updating records in Excel, and ensuring all discrepancies are identified and communicated promptly. The position requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to work in varying temperature environments while adhering to all company safety standards.

Responsibilities:

Perform daily inventory cycle counts, scanning approximately 600-700 rolls (about 12% of total inventory) Maintain accurate inventory records using Excel Ensure all inventory data is updated and properly documented Follow all company safety protocols and procedures Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding inventory discrepancies or issues

Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong communication skills Ability to work in varying temperature conditions (hot and cold environments) Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and inventory tracking

Work Environment:

The employee is frequently exposed to moving machinery. The job requires lifting/carrying/pushing/pulling up to 30 pounds as well as reaching, standing, sitting, and walking. This job may require working extended hours, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays, and other shifts and overtime as needed to meet customer requirements. Compliance to GMP's (Good Manufacturing Practices) for food safety. Compliance to PPE's (Personal Protective Equipment) for safety compliance.
