Research inventory discrepancies with the assistance of IC Lead Completing product return put-aways.
Assists with recouping damages and coordinating donations.
Conducts PO audits daily.
Performs additional duties but not limited to assigning new pick locations, duplicate pick bins, bread inventory, research and correction of invalid pallet ID's, inventory requests from K12 Solutions and buyers.
Monitor inventory for proper rotation using
Willing and able to learn new procedures and adapt to change.
Ability to operate multiple
Ability to self-manage daily work.
Strong organizational skills.
Willingness to work in extreme cold environments for prolonged periods of time. (Cold Weather Gear Provided by Company)Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient with MS Office (esp. Word, Excel, and Outlook) required.

This position is a critical support role for the Warehouse Team. As an Inventory Control Clerk, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring efficient operations, and upholding inventory accuracy within the organization. Your responsibilities will include performing cycle counts, checking in drivers, managing inventory returns, and maintaining dock cleanliness and security. You will collaborate with the Inventory Control Supervisor to resolve discrepancies and conduct daily PO audits for inventory accuracy. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are crucial for success in this role.PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs cycle counts of merchandise or supplies in stock and posts total to inventory records, either manually or electronically.Checks in drivers as they arrive to ensure paperwork and product match.

to minimize spoilage and shrinkVerify accuracy of inbound and outbound shipments against purchase orders and invoices by doing audits Inspect incoming products for quality, temperature compliance, and labeling standards Ensure proper storage of goods in dry, refrigerated, and frozen environmentsSupport recall processes by identifying and isolating affected inventory quickly and accuratelyGenerate reports on inventory variances, stock levels, and product movementMaintain a clean, organized, and food-safe warehouse environmentFollow all company safety policies and procedures while operating in a fast-paced environmentRemove and document damaged, expired, or contaminated products according to company proceduresAssist other departments as needed.REQUIRED SKILLS
Must be open to work overtime when needed.Willing and able to learn new procedures and adapt to change.
