Pendergrass, GA (On-site) Launch Your Engineering Career with TACG TD Automotive Compressor Georgia, LLC. (TACG), a subsidiary of Toyota Industries Corporation (TICO), manufactures automotive air conditioning compressors for leading automotive manufacturers. We are seeking a motivated entry level Production Engineer who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a world-class manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent engineering graduate or someone with internship or co-op experience to gain hands-on experience in manufacturing, process improvement, automation, and Lean Manufacturing. What You'll Do Support manufacturing process improvements to enhance safety, quality, productivity, and cost. Assist with Kaizen and continuous improvement activities. Help design and implement tooling, equipment, and manufacturing process improvements. Create and maintain engineering documentation, CAD drawings, and work instructions. Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, and Quality teams to troubleshoot manufacturing issues. Assist with new equipment installations, engineering projects, and production launches. Analyze production data and recommend process improvements. Learn and apply Lean Manufacturing principles, including TPS, 5S, and PDCA, in daily work. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical, or a related Engineering discipline. Internship, co-op, or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required. Basic knowledge of CAD software such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD is preferred. Familiarity with manufacturing processes, CNC machining, or automation is a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and work in a collaborative team environment. Why Join TACG?
