Position Summary Cx Innovative Solutions is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Inventory Associate to support daily inventory, warehouse, and operational activities. The ideal candidate will assist with receiving, organizing, tracking, and maintaining inventory accuracy while helping ensure smooth business operations. This position is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, organization, and working in a fast-paced environment. No previous experience is required paid training is provided. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory and supplies. Count, label, and store products in designated inventory locations. Maintain accurate inventory records and update tracking systems. Perform inventory checks and assist with cycle counts. Pick and prepare items for internal requests or shipments. Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies. Assist with shipping, receiving, and fulfillment tasks as needed. Verify product information and ensure inventory accuracy. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe inventory area. Support daily warehouse and operational activities. Follow company procedures and safety guidelines. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory systems. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to lift and move packages or materials up to 50 lbs. Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and performing physical tasks. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay:
$22.30 - $23.30 per hour
