We are seeking a Hospital Inventory Clerk 1 to join our Boise team. The Hospital Inventory Clerk 1 maintains a perpetual inventory of material, equipment, supplies and other general stock items.
Schedule:
- Monday
- Friday 7:30 a.m.
- 4:00 p.m.
- May work some 6:00 a.m.
- 2:30 p.
What You Can Expect:
- Records purchases, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to records.
- Computes figures from records, such as sales orders, production records, or purchase invoices to obtain current inventory levels.
- Verifies clerical computations against physical count of stock and adjusts errors in computation or count. Investigates and reports reasons for discrepancies.
- Receives, unpacks, and delivers goods. Re-stocks items as necessary. Labels shelves.
- May maintain, edit and troubleshoot case preference cards to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Liaises with vendors and purchasing agents, and prepares deliveries.
- Participate and initiate performance improvement projects that are relevant to inventory management.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
