An Inventory Associate monitors warehouse inventory and places orders with vendors for supplies. Conducts regular or occasional audits of inventory or sections of a warehouse.
The Inventory Associate is a full-time position responsible for maintaining accurate and compliant records of all cannabis plant materials and products. As a certified agent for the state's track-and-trace system, this role ensures the seamless movement, labeling, and reporting of cannabis inventory from propagation through post-harvest. This position demands high attention to detail, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and an understanding of cultivation workflows. The Inventory Associate reports to the Inventory Manager and works cross-functionally with cultivation, processing, and compliance teams.

5:00 am - 5:30 pm (Saturday, Sunday, Monday)
Pay:
$21.87/hour
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly audits of inventory to ensure full traceability and accuracy between physical counts and compliance software recordsPrepare and stage product orders for the labeling or packaging teamsMonitor and troubleshoot discrepancies in inventory data and escalate as neededVerify product counts for supply chain managementMaintain accurate inventory to include verifying physical counts
