Position Description:

Certified Nursing Assistant Job Summary :

Under the supervision of a licensed nurse, performs hands-on nursing care for the Barry Healthcare residents with emphasis on daily care needs, personal hygiene and cleanliness, grooming and skin care in accordance with our established policies and procedures. This assures that the highest degree of patient care is being maintained at all times, as well as assuring compliance with current standards of practice, facility protocol and safety regulations. Responsibilities Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Monitor and record vital signs, ensuring accurate medical documentation. Provide compassionate patient care while adhering to HIPAA regulations. Utilize EHR system to maintain up-to-date patient records. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans. Support patients with mobility and physical therapy exercises as needed. We offer a $1/hr weekend shift differential and $1/hr perfect attendance bonus for working all your scheduled shifts in a 2 week pay period added to the competitive wages ranging from $19.50-$26/hr based on experience.
