Job Description
Job Overview Tec Spine Inc is seeking a reliable and organized Backroom Associate to support daily inventory, receiving, stocking, and order preparation activities. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a hands-on environment. Responsibilities Receive and organize incoming shipments and deliveries Unpack and inspect products and supplies upon arrival Verify quantities and basic shipment information Label and store products in designated locations Maintain organized backroom and storage areas Assist with routine inventory counts and stock checks Update inventory records and product information Pick and stage items for orders, deliveries, or internal requests Prepare products and supplies for shipment when needed Identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrect items Restock designated areas as inventory is received Maintain accurate records of inventory movement Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Assist with loading and unloading shipments when necessary Communicate with team members regarding inventory and order requirements Follow company safety and handling procedures Perform other warehouse and backroom duties as assigned Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required Strong attention to detail Good organizational and time-management skills Basic computer and data-entry skills Ability to accurately count and record products Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Reliable attendance and punctuality Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn new systems and procedures Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift packages or supplies during the workday About the Position The Backroom Associate helps keep inventory, supplies, and daily operations organized and running efficiently. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, pays attention to detail, and wants to gain practical experience in inventory management, receiving, stocking, order preparation, and warehouse operations.
Pay:
