This role works seamlessly with warehouse personnel and cross-functional departments to ensure customer orders are picked accurately, meet quality standards, and ship on time. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, productive, and committed to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Responsibilities:

Operate a Man-Up Cherry Picker to pick customer orders from inventory while meeting productivity and accuracy standards Verify inventory quantities using stock status reports or electronic inventory systems and edit orders for final completion Count cartons and containers to validate order accuracy prior to shipment Label shipments with proper identification, including correct delivery destination information Prepare Bills of Lading as needed, including unit counts, weights, and required notations Perform daily equipment checks, including battery levels and electrical hookups, to ensure safe operation Participate in cycle counts and physical inventory processes; cross-check inventory for accuracy Maintain high standards of product quality, service, and order integrity Communicate improvement ideas to supervisors to enhance efficiency and workflow Perform other duties as assigned

Desired Background/Skills:

Must be 18 years old or older Experience operating a Man-Up Cherry Picker or similar material-handling equipment preferred Ability to read and interpret inventory documents and electronic systems Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to stand, lift, bend, and work at heights throughout the shift Dependable and flexible with schedule, including mandatory overtime
