Purchasing-inventory control

A progressive and well-established, low-volume, short run, CNC machining facility in the northwest suburbs is now accepting resumes. We are aggressively seeking highly experienced Purchasing person. This position focuses on raw inventories and MRO purchases.

Responsibilities:

Ordering and maintaining raw material inventories Ordering of MRO components Price negotiations with vendors Work within quoted time constraints Work with shipping as required Work within ISO quality standards

Desired Skills:

Knowledge of milling and turning tools Knowledge of an ERP system is a plus Good orginzationational skills required Knowledge of raw bar stock Good communication skills

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required Must be able to read and write English. Must be able to lift over 40 lbs
