Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to join our dynamic supply chain and logistics team. In this role, you will oversee the management and optimization of inventory levels across multiple warehouse locations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with organizational goals. Your expertise in warehouse distribution, procurement, and data analytics will be essential in maintaining seamless inventory operations, supporting demand planning, and driving process improvements. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical proficiency with warehouse management systems and data analysis tools, enabling precise inventory control and strategic sourcing.

Key Responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities Perform cycle counts and make inventory adjustments according to the warehouse map and inventory records. Identify expired or out-of-date products during cycle counts and remove them from designated locations. Identify, document, and remove damaged products following company procedures. Report receiving, stocking, and inventory discrepancies to the appropriate personnel. Inspect products for signs of infestation and ensure all products are stored properly and safely. Update vendor dating and product information as needed. Assist with training new Associates on RF scanner functions and inventory procedures. Maintain accurate inventory records and follow all warehouse procedures. Maintain good attendance and punctuality. Follow all safety guidelines and maintain safe work practices at all times. Protect confidential company and customer information. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management.
