Monday-Friday Rate:

$23.00-$25.00 (based on experience) We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Associate to assist with a warehouse inventory documentation project. Our goal is to complete the project efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy. This role follows established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and is ideal for someone who works well independently, is dependable, and takes pride in producing accurate work.

Key Responsibilities:

Locate inventory and verify part numbers. Measure and weigh products using a tape measure and scales. Photograph products using a phone or camera. Enter product information accurately into Excel. Maintain and update a missing-items log. Return inventory to its designated warehouse location. Follow written SOPs consistently and accurately. Safely move and handle inventory throughout the warehouse.

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to follow written procedures with minimal supervision. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel. Ability to lift and move items weighing 50 lbs. or more. Comfortable working independently while communicating questions as needed. Forklift experience is a plus but not required. Warehouse personnel will assist with items requiring forklift access. Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not required. •
