$23-$24/hr Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Inventory Lead to join our team in a hands-on role focused on ensuring inventory accuracy, conducting cycle counts, and maintaining effective inventory control. This position is not responsible for team management but requires collaboration with a team of highly experienced associates. The Inventory Lead will ensure products are accounted for, undamaged, and inventory records are precise. Responsibilities Perform accurate cycle counts and inventory control. Process orders efficiently and maintain inventory records. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies. Ensure materials are stored properly and free from damage. Collaborate with a team of 2-4 highly experienced associates. Essential Skills 3+ years of experience in cycle counting. 2+ years of leadership experience. 2-4 years of inventory control experience. Proficiency in SAP and computer skills. Experience in shipping, receiving, and material handling. Additional Skills & Qualifications Strong data entry and order processing skills. Work Environment Work in a medium to large-scale warehouse alongside experienced team members. The role involves early morning hours from 5/5:30am to 1:30pm. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Hyde Park, MA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
