Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to join our dynamic logistics team. Responsibilities Employ safe work habits and complies with all applicable Diversey safety requirements Reconcile Inbound orders against 3PL data Reconcile Inventory between SAP and the 3PL's WMS Reconcile Outbound shipments to ensure closure within 24 hours Monitor ICR (inquiry, change request) document and execute order change request Shipment building, delivery creation and modification Will be called on to work closely with 3PL & Transportation resources Monitor EDI and Non-EDI communication to/from 3PL Resolve EDI and Non-EDI errors by using various SAP transactions and employing investigative skills Respond to various inquiries from CS concerning order statuses Create reporting to monitor past due transactions Create POs in Ariba as called upon by Warehouse management and reconcile invoices Monitor OT shipping by running SAP transaction Lines up SAP T/L shipping dates with 3 PL shipping date Facilitate Rush orders as requested by CS Can be called on to execute inventory management transaction Provide external support to other US shipping plants Participate in all LEAN Initiatives Maintain shipping volume reporting
