1st Shift - Monday-Friday | 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM Job Overview Snelling Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Cycle Count Clerk for a manufacturing facility in Louisville, KY. This role supports the Production Inventory Control Supervisor by performing daily inventory cycle counts, maintaining accurate inventory records, and helping ensure efficient material flow throughout the facility. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently while maintaining strong attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Perform daily cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy Work with inventory team members to complete scheduled count lists Identify and report inventory discrepancies Move and place materials in designated storage areas Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation Recommend improvements to inventory control processes Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines Assist with other material control and inventory-related tasks as needed Requirements High School Diploma or GED Previous experience with inventory control or cycle counting preferred Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Experience with Excel, inventory systems, or databases Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Preferred Qualifications Experience operating forklifts or other material handling equipment Familiarity with warehouse or manufacturing inventory processes Knowledge of material control functions Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance after 45 days Weekly electronic pay Opportunity for permanent placement and advancement Apply Today Qualified candidates are encouraged to submit a resume for immediate consideration.
