Job Description

Job Summary:
The Inventory Control Clerk is responsible for managing and tracking raw materials and finished goods within the facility. This role ensures accurate inventory levels, supports production needs, and coordinates outgoing shipments to maintain efficient plant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor, track, and control raw materials used in production batches Ensure accurate inventory records using Excel and inventory systems Verify quantities, lot numbers, and documentation for incoming materials Coordinate and oversee finished product readiness for outbound shipments Communicate with production and shipping teams to prevent shortages or delays Maintain organized inventory areas and accurate documentation Perform basic math calculations related to counts, weights, and reconciliations Shedule- Monday-Thursday 6:30am-5pm
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong basic math skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to stand and be on your feet for extended periods Previous inventory, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred (but not required)
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, and remain active throughout the workday Ability to work in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
