As an Inventory Control Associate at GALLS, you will be responsible for all aspects of Inbound/Outbound functions to ensure that products are received and put away in the warehouse, enabling all received orders to be filled in a timely and accurate manner while maintaining the warehouse in a safe and orderly fashion.WHAT YOU'LL DO
Perform regularly scheduled cycle counts by location, product number, and description. Count, verify, and sort inventory Perform random audits on both reserve and active locations Monitor inventory daily and conduct scheduled audits to ensure accuracy Troubleshoot daily inventory control issues and reconcile any inventory variances Make inventory adjustments, transfers, and transactions as needed Identify product movement and product size to determine the best slotting location in the warehouse to maximize cube utilization Analyze the warehouse layout, procedures, and systems in place, and recommend changes to maximize slotting efficiency Review and work Inventory Control KACE Ticket queueIncludes:
OSP pulls, item audits, product switches, Showroom pulls, and other requests Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly appearance in the work area Alert management of potential safety problems or violations in the DC Able to lift 30 lbs. Operate MHE as required to fulfill department tasksWHAT YOU BRING
High integrity and professionalism Basic knowledge of RF Technology Willingness to be Material Handling Equipment certified and operate equipment Computer knowledge to include proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) and the ability to learn GALLS' internal systems (Mocha and GQ) Strong attention to detail Ability to understand and follow detailed written or verbal instructions Performance history of quality-conscious work, good attendance, and safe work habits Must be responsible, enthusiastic, trustworthy, and able to multitask and work with minimal supervision Ability to work overtime or varied hours per business need Ability to read and write in English Self-motivated and able to take initiativeWHAT YOU SEND OUR WAY
