High SchoolResponsibilities Serve as a direct point of contact for customer inquiries regarding order status, stock availability, and shipment updates via phone and email. Accurately create, process, and verify Bills of Lading (BOLs), pick lists, packing slips, and associated shipping paperwork for customer shipments and inter-company transfers. Lead daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts. Investigate variances, identify root causes, and execute corrective action. Ensure timely and accurate updates in the ERP/inventory management system to reflect accurate stock levels and transfers. Handle the full lifecycle of Return Material Authorizations (RMAs), working directly with customer service and customers to process returns and credits smoothly. Work directly with logistics contacts to schedule carriers and freight pickups for outgoing and incoming transfers. Retrieve work orders from system queues, confirm receipt of open orders, and organize them systematically for assembly. Assign work orders based on customer priority and due dates; close out completed orders in the ERP system so shipping paperwork can be generated.
